I help children and adults manage their anxiety, depression, and symptoms of trauma.

I am a Registered Play Therapist which allows me to use evidenced based practices with children and their guardians, and informs the work that I do with adults.

How Does Therapy Work?

I provide virtual mental health counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, and/or trauma.

  • Therapy works by forming a trusting relationship between client and therapist. If you do not feel comfortable with your therapist, you will not be open about more difficult emotions.

  • Client and therapist work together to identify their goals for therapy.

  • Client processes their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in sessions.

  • Client gains insight into cycles that lead to distress.

  • Client learns new, healthy coping skills to manage their emotions.

Clients must be physically located in Maryland, Virginia, Florida, or South Carolina during telehealth sessions.
